Gema Lingkungan Kesehatan (The Public Health and Health Sciences Journal) is a peer-reviewed, open-access scientific journal published by Politeknik Kesehatan Kemenkes Surabaya. The journal focuses on research and scientific developments in public health, health sciences, and environmental health, with the aim of contributing meaningful evidence to health practice, policy, and population health improvement. The journal provides a platform for researchers, academics, health professionals, and policymakers to share original research, review articles, systematic reviews, and other evidence-based scientific contributions. Topics covered include environmental health, epidemiology, community health, occupational health and safety, health promotion, disease prevention, nutrition, public health policy, and related areas of health sciences. Gema Lingkungan Kesehatan is committed to publishing scientifically sound and relevant research through a rigorous peer-review process and adherence to research integrity, publication ethics, and good scholarly publishing practices. The journal welcomes quality contributions from researchers in Indonesia and around the world that address current and emerging challenges in public health and health sciences. Since 2025, Gema Lingkungan Kesehatan has adopted a quarterly publication schedule, with four issues published annually. This schedule provides opportunities for the continuous dissemination of current research and scientific knowledge in public health and health sciences.
