Peer Review Process
In the review process, there are at least two reviewers for each manuscript for the related topic. The assessment of the first reviewer will be the editor's top priority in making a decision, if there are only two reviewers. It takes two weeks for a reviewer to complete one round of the review process. Revisions from authors should incorporate previous comments from reviewers and authors should note that the manuscript has been revised.
Generally, potential reviewers will be selected based on their reputation in number of international publications and research quality. For the next step, the editor sends an invitation letter to each prospective reviewer. Once the prospective reviewer is notified of their availability for the review process, the reviewer can review the assigned manuscript and then submit the manuscript via OJS.
The entire review process is double-blind and managed by editors on OJS.
